Thanks all. Picked up a roll of quarters at the bank today that should cover me. I'll be mostly outside rush hour, but if the exact change or cash lines are really bad, I can always swing open the EZ Pass box then.

I just can't see - on principle - paying the fee to the rental car company for 4-5 days usage, when I'm only using it 1-2 days (is it calendar day or 24 hour period?).

Buying my own would be a great plan if I had any plans at all to return to EZ Pass regions anytime soon...
