Yeah, I'd say your bag makes it. FWIW, I've never had a bag miss a connection on US. 52 minutes fine.

EDIT: Is 3772 a CRJ flying PHL-LGA? If so, just remember that you'll be flying that CRJ from Terminal F in PHL, so there's a shuttle bus ride involved for you.
