Last year I had to cancel a flight and was issued an Electronic Travel Certificate over the phone. Since then, I lost this PIN number.

I have all of the flight information, confirmation code, eTicket number, credit card used to book flight etc. but calls to United could not locate my reservation or the $900 credit.

Any suggestions on how to recover the PIN number from United?
