Under DOT rules, the baggage allowance for the marketing carrier of the first segment (PDX-SFO) will apply to the entire ticket. Presuming that the flight is both operated and marketed by UA, it will be the UA allowance. Your bags will be checked through to CPH.
You can confirm all of this by looking at your e-ticket confirmation (the one with the actual e-ticket, not PNR) on it. That confirmation should show your allowance and it is what the UA agent will see when your record is retrieved at bag drop.
Thanks for your response. This is actually a return ticket and I have already finished my first part when I travelled over here back in January. Already contacted SK customer service and they confirmed the two pieces of bagage.
@cph-flyer. Thanks for your response. Yeah, it's quite complicated with the UA check in. Last time they denied my second bagage and made me pay for it (even though I got the money refunded when I approached customer service within the terminal).
