Are you expecting a Luxury car (at a midsize rate) off the Executive Selection at ORD?

ORD/City of Chicago/Cook County may have been pioneers in the extra taxation of car rentals. It's a history that goes back more than 25 years. Do you like paying $10/rental for the TD Garden in Boston any better? That's not a new tax, either.
