How to get proof that your flight was delayed
I am looking to file a claim with the travel insurance I bought. I had a US Airways flight that was severely delayed due to mechanical issues and we had to rebook new flight which caused a trip delay. The insurance wants proof from the airline; they called it a common carrier report. Any idea what number to call at US Airways? I called the silver line but they weren't able to help.
Already asked, the new flight tickets stubs will not do to prove the delay.
