On monday I was doing LHR-YYZ (12:05pm) and then YYZ - YVR (8:15pm) and when I tried to check-in at 12:05 in London on sunday it threw me an error message saying my 2nd flight wasn't available for checkin yet. I had to wait until 2:15pm before it would work.
I've had this experience also. Both checking in and requesting an eUp.
