The letter only said something to the affect according to their agreement they have the right to close the account.

I did a BP with my daughter's account a couple of days ago and now that one is also closed down. She had over $7K in the account from a tax return besides my VRs and they shut it down right after my attempt to do the BP. BP is to the same CC where she is an AU as the other accounts which were shut down. Still no communication back from HRB other than the letters and no check for my son's account that had over $5K in it.

When I call in, all the HRB person will say is it was shut down due to fraud. She also asked if I do a lot of Vanilla Reloads on my account, which I said, yes I did. No communication from them as to when we will get our funds.
