I suspect I'm too late here, but you can keep checking for the award inventory. Your best bet is an ExpertFlyer alert (for Z class), which will SMS you when it finds it. They don't always release unsold J seats into Z, but if the flight is really that empty, I'd be surprised if they didn't.
