thanks for your replies! the 7000B figure includes everything on the ground (not airfare).

phi phi don and phi phi le look incredible. i would stay at a resort there, but i guess my question is how does one get from HKT to those islands, how often are those ferries, and how much does that generally cost?

i figure i could arrive HKT at 1400 wednesday, get to the resort by sunset, spend the next day there, arrive back in phuket around 2000, check out some food there, and then be at HKT at 0000 for my 0200 flight. is that possible logistically?
