A few years back I had to call delta because I hadn't received my certificate. They re-issued it. Now they are just in your sky miles account under "my delta". I just used my 2014 certificate for an unexpected weekend trip. I thought if you were gold or higher you could be on the upgrade list (not that it helps!) ? Is this new where the companion certificates does not allow upgrades or am I just forgetting something?
