It took my account three weeks to update. My case might be an exception since I qualified via a MQM bump from AMEX spend. (15,000 via $30k spend).

The app and website said that I was XXXXX to Gold, yet still a standard member. That made the next few flights fun as I saw non-revs and/or empty seats in First.
