I don't know. I got a call that displayed as from AMEX and I answered it thinking it was just a "are you making this purchase" type of verification. The person started out sounding like a regular CSR and I guess I was in a hurry and wasn't thinking. I was asked what I was buying so much of at the drugstore the last few months, was it giftcards? I mumbled something about buying giftcards for promotions for work. The caller said I would be emailed a form to fill out and fax back. By then I realized that I was talking to someone in the FR department.
