I had assumed that the waiver tracker would work the same as spend for MQMs, meaning that it would post after the bill's closing date but others here have pointed out that the tracker on delta.dumb updates more frequently. However, IIRC there's language in the T&C about the waiver taking up to something like seven weeks, which I suspect means that there's some back office verification and communication step or possibly a wait to check that people don't get the waiver and then return stuff.
