I've done OLCI for my parents when they're travelling on my mum's annual concession that confirms directly into J (availability permitting) and MMB always shows WT, even when the staff travel intranet shows that they've been confirmed into J, so I wouldn't just go on what MMB is showing.

In terms of whether your seats are confirmed or waitlisted, it displays your booking status in MMB. If you're waitlisted, then it might be possible that your J seats will be confirmed at the airport.
