It's the Kalamota Island Resort, which is operated and partially owned by Karisma.

We spoke with the hotel manager last night, and he was appropriately apologetic and accommodating. I'm waiting to find out how Sales will compensate for the overbooking. We've already been told that we have good news. Since we got up late and went straight to the beach, we did not seek him out. It can wait. P

My wife has tweeted about the issue, and we know that the hotel is reading. I'm in no rush to shame them as long as we are compensated appropriately. Our full account will then be published on Facebook, TripAdvisor, and this thread.
