I signed up for a 50,000 point bonus on my new gold card in April and then a 100,000 point bonus on my platinum card in May.

The rep told me as long as I hadn't had a platinum card in the past, I was eligible even if I had a gold card. I know amex used to have a policy that barred good card holders from getting platinum bonuses, but I read they changed that.

Can I redeem both offers for 150,000 points? I'm sort of afraid to ask because they may revoke both. I'd prefer to redeem the 100,000 but the good offer is the easiest to attain.
