If you buy a car on any credit/charge card the car has a Title that can be conveyed to someone else. You could sell the car dispute the charge and the dealer would find it difficult to get a judge to order it returned to the dealer.

Never had that problem. If they take the card it is like paying cash but is easier to dispute something
eg bought a prom dress at store "no returns" Took it home and no one else liked it. AmEx made them take it back (did not wear and return)
