Huh you guys are really missing the point. That's why I said for -700 row 10 should have the recline because there is no other exit. Row 11 is normal economy. -800 row 12 should not have this, but row 14 should because row 15 is normal. And cords okay for take off and landing, but during flight... I mean i hold a tablet now and books and all kinds of stuff when the plane is taking off and landing. And during flight i dump all my stuff all down again from the baggage holder...
