Hi, We are a group of five booked on one PNR. I paid the trip for all five of us on my credit card. I cannot travel, but the rest of the group will. The fare is non-refundable, non-changable (KNN22P5S outbound/LNN22P5S return). Where could I retrieve the full fare conditions?

I would like to retrieve as much of the taxes as possible for my travel, but keep the itinerary intact for the rest of the group to use. We did not begin the trip yet.

I did not call yet since I don't want anyone messing with the booking until I understand what to do. Advice is appreciated how to approach this, and I would also be grateful to hear recent experience as to which taxes I can reasonably expect to be reimbursed.
