Yeah, rather adding more properties but they reduced the number of properties in Taiwan (CP Kaohsiung I mean).

Yes, according to the manager I spoke to in HI East Taipei, no more INDIGO and HIX in the Xinyi area.
As a plat, I was upgraded on an award stay to a nice junior suite and some drink vouchers. Lounge access given but only during non-cocktail hours / non-breakfast hours. Not a biggie, as I pop over to next door "mei-er-mei" shop for some hot soy bean and sandwich for TWD$250.
At HIX Taichung, 3 pax will not be a problem Just book for 2.
