So... the airline should have lied to the candidate on the reason for the withdrawal of the job offer ? It would be obvious that the withdrawal of the job offer was due to the medical. Lying would be very poor. telling someone the truth is the fairest thing to do
Also, by telling the truth , then it is possible for the candidate to appeal should there be grounds for it
No airline would reasonably get someone to go for the medical if there was no role
Emirates is hardly unique in offering positions contingent on passing a medical
