I checked on this. Officially, the answer is no. You can have only one personal Delta AmEx card at a time. Most people you run into who have two Delta AmEx cards have a personal and a business card. However, as mentioned above, the system is so screwed up that anything and everything happens.

Remember, you actually have to meet the spending to get the MQMs, so your 1.3¢/MQM omits that spending.
