If I'm serious about breakfast and departing from T5, I go to Plane Food.
T3 Flounge breakfast was actually quite nice on the one occasion I've had breakfast there. I would certainly rate it above the offering in T3 CX lounge at that ungodly time of day.
On the other hand I've had one of my best breakfasts ever at the T5 Arrivals Lounge. Perhaps you appreciate it more after a long flight.
