- Call 866-408-4064 (Barclays Credit Department)
- Ask for your cash advance limit to be reduced to $0 or $1
- They’ll then ask you why, think of a valid reason that isn't manufactured spending based
If it doesn't work, HUCA. You should find a rep that'll do it, if not then call again and ask to speak to their supervisor. This information is taken from my

S/he said that there wasn't a dedicated number/department that you can speak to and just to use the usual customer service route. Not very helpful I know.
