You can't really expect this to happen.

A large percentage of their income comes from this, 100 USD is what most of us spend at Lunch

I have never tried to ask them go give me an offer for all inclusive where it is not standard, but I am sure that would be possible. For Amanoi, however, I guess it is actually cheaper not to do this as the portions are large and prices low, meaning you normally would not eat three courses for dinner for example.

doesnt no-signing cover the biggest issue? when (significant) fee is only for food/alcohol (and not anything else) i personally can spend less by only ordering dinner entree - a less expensive one if necessary. (and some eat outside resort when possible.)

exactly what food/drinks for $50 (€36.68) per person? even if you are factoring in aman rates, they have not already factored in inclusions that are not there yet. but they have clearly been experimenting with this for years. (DLF and or economy?)

it is interesting some aman include minibar/laundry, and most including the new ones that do this do not indicate they do it IIRC. like sveti stefan includes laundry? and several including new ones include minibar? but not indicating makes comparison confusing. when someone first pointed out something that was not indicated (on aman site rates) i thought id start list, but realized it was too few at the time. unfortunately (for keeping track) at this point it may have become a handful. regardless, any inclusions are great!

edit - and of course it could be that these things are not indicated so that they can be removed at any time or be less flexible.
