Based on TA reviews, it appears the shuttle leaves every 20 minutes or so. As of today, the only way to request reservations online are from the St. Regis website - http://www.stregissanclementepalace..../forms/reserve - or by emailing [email protected]. I'm assuming the St. Regis web form is directed to the above email address.
