Collect at which airport? Probably not. Likely the choice you will have is either AT&T or T-Mobile. If it's like most domestic airports in the US there will not be a carrier store. You will more than likely need to go into the city centre to either an AT&T or T-Mobile store (not authorized dealer) to get a SIM.
