Besides the carrots/lettuce/cheese/crackers and soft drinks, is anything else free in the AA lounges? I know the alcohol isn't, because of the "free premium voucher" they hand out when entering. I noticed sandwiches, chicken salad, etc. in a fridge at one of the Admiral's at ORD T3 but there was a long line and I was in a hurry to find out.

Is there a flagship AA lounge like other oneworld airlines have (e.g. LHR for BA) that serves free hot meals?
