Same boat (no pun intended), chica. We're only there for 2 nights and currently booked into the Gritti. I think this is a little too remote (relative for Venice) for us for this trip. Based on TA reviews in its previous life, it is currently ranked as #57 in Venice (compared to #3 for the Gritti, #112 for the Danieli, and #122 for the E&R). I think we're going to keep our current reservations (c/p) for convenience, but this is an intriguing property.
