You can get the info by subscribing to a service like KVS tool, or you can do your own search on a tool like ITA Matrix. A travel agent should also be able to find the info. Also, I believe that not all carriers publish IATA fares.

I was able to get a variety of itineraries and fares via ITA Matrix. Enter the exact string POM / F YY.POM+LON in the "departing from" field, and enter LHR in the "destination" field. Complete the dates, etc., and leave the "cabin" field at the default setting (cheapest available). You might want to specify the currency, also.
