But did you ask if they were aware of the problem? If they don't know then it won't get fixed until an inspection is done.

There's also a feedback iPad in the lounge mounted on a stand next to the newspapers, you could have mentioned it there too just in case the person you told didn't pass it on. This is very close to the champagne bar:
