no; n/a; a few hundred (aka none but I already have an account with
United. Also 40k with Southwest

No preference. Haven't flown enough to have one.
As mentioned before, the hope is to save up points for a trip to Western Europe some time next Winter or Spring. I'm (very) open to a great credit card deal too.
