I'm a humble Presidents Circle member, and have been offered a ride to the airport whenever I've had a Dream Collection car.

Also had it when I had an X5 at LAX, which was before Dream Collection was launched - at the time I was convinced it was because there was a guy in returns who wanted a chance to drive the X5!

So, yes, it can happen with Hertz as well as Avis.
