[2] If one has once qualified for JGC, one is at least JGC Crystal. The only thing is, one has to pay 5k miles for the membership fee, or accure 25000 fop on any oneworld metal

--> one is at least OW Sapphire. Not necessaily crystal. You wo t get the bonus miles/fop etc
