Many thanks to you William, and to your colleague who filed my complaint. I appreciate the immediate response, and heard from the hotel directly today. They did respond fully, refunded the resort charges and satisfied my complaint completely. I appreciate the professionalism of SPG and of FT and of those in the SPG forum who enable and empower us to be treated fairly, within reason. Nearing my Plat for life and I could not be happier!
