What do you want to know? The sleeper carriages are the same
Comfortline ones as the Zurich-Cologne(-Amsterdam) sleeper. Prague-Amsterdam is a relatively long trip (15h30) so you get plenty of time to enjoy your deluxe sleeper compartment (while for Zurich-Cologne you have to get out quite early in the morning). Assuming you're doing it in the summer, the
scenery along the Elbe between Prague and Dresden (right-hand side of the train in that direction) is very pleasant (in winter, it'd be dark). And then you wake up in the morning and the train is passing canals and windmills in the Netherlands...
