Do you have a business at all? If so, you must have some documentation of it—like a Schedule C.
Not what I've read elsewhere. I've always heard you can apply for a bus card for a bus you are in the process of starting up. In which case you don't need to have filed anything yet. And for some people it's selling things on Ebay, which wouldn't take a state license either.
