Is it feasible to travel from feasible and reasonable to travel by train from Milan to Prague (given that it's a 15 hour ride) if I'm only spending a total of 5 days in Europe?

Or is it simply better to take a quick plane ride? Are there any trains/routes worth looking into for this trip?
