Flight 443 from DTW to FRA is supposed to be on the old business seats, yet, for the last 2 days of May and first of June are on the new seats then back to the old seats including my flight mid July
As a somewhat regular DTW flyer- I can confirm with you I have never seen new business seats on that route nor new First. DTW is similar to DEN and YVR in that new seats seem to be almost banned from these routes. Enjoy old C.
