You can't book fares on ITA - it is just information. Its not quite real time so sometimes it shows fares that were available a few hours earlier but aren't currently. Same with some booking sites - they use slightly old data and refresh it when you want to book.

I would suggest wait a few hours and try again over the next few days or be flexible with the date.
