Just some data points:
- The "day" is a 24 hour rolling period. Tested this loading at WM, and it would not let me load until 1 minute after the time of my previous days load. So plan ahead and start early if you are going multiple days in a row
- The 5k limit 30 day rolling period, isnt super strict, but I havent figured out exactly what the rules are. I have had 6k show up in my last 30 days and didnt have a problem. Never pushed further than that.
