I am looking at staying at an airbnb. I thought it might be an exciting adventure to meet some locals for advice. I am overwhelmed by the ads and do not know anything about Berlin neighbourhoods.

1. Any berlin neighbourhoods should I stay away from?
2. Which ones are the best for public transportation?
3. I am hoping for nice weather to rent a bike. Is it pretty easy to rent a bike everywhere or are there certain neighbourhoods where it is easier?
