You have two choices: Take the 8:55 AA flight from DUB to JFK or take a later DUB-LHR-JFK/EWR flight. Better equipment on the latter option (757 vs anything else).

For the return you can take the one AA JKF-DUB flight (767) or do another boomerang back through London.

Fare around £960. Add to that 115 or so return from London, and you're still flying business (with varying degree of quality) for less than BA want to WT+ on the same route.
