I booked a through ticket from MPN-SCL-BOG-JFK-BOG-SCL-MPN on eBookers on LAN and Avianca

The ticket was issued under an Avianca code but the Ticket Status facility on the Avianca website does not seem to show the fare class information.

Am I missing something obvious? Is there some other way to find out? Or is it just a mystery?
