I like the shower puff balls that I've noticed at some Sheraton and St. Regis hotels. They are rare and the exfoliating hand glove thingie is more common at the upper brands, but the ball is great when they provide them.

LOL at the edit. Haven't encountered either of these, but it would conserve usage of body wash with a puff instead of squirting directly on skin without the lather benefit.
And to OP, this may seem like a trivial topic, but often I judge how nice the hotel is based on its toiletries!
