Thanks for sharing your TR with us, very interesting, and must say the mezzanine floor of the clubhouse looks very nice, and lovely to be able to sit outside when the weather is lovely. Strange champagne glass looked like the very very old glasses one had years ago for babysham, thought they had gone out with the ark.
