I have a question regarding an international to international connection at BOM T2. I am looking at arriving on Etihad, remaining "airside" and departing a few hours later on Lufthansa but am not sure if I need a get a visa beforehand. I would be traveling with hand-luggage only. I see visa on arrival is still not available for India but would I be stopped from boarding the Etihad flight to BOM without a visa (just evidence of an onward connection).
