The 0% apr finished on 24th of April, 2014. If you applied before then you'll receive it, otherwise you won't. I think from what you've said you'll be out of luck because you would've applied sometime in May.

Barclays always does a hard pull for CLI's, not all issuers do though.
Also those with boost issues, that's one of the reasons they increased the redemption deadline.
