I spent 2 nights here for 44k points in March. Here is my TR review of the Radisson Blu Plaza Resort Phuket Panwa Beach.

They gave me a nice upgrade to a junior suite from a "deluxe" room booking. With the US Bank credit card that gives the last night free, I thought it was worth the points.
